“A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way”, by John Maxwell. Maxwell known as a leader, expert, speaker, and author from the book of the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership and the author from the book 21 Indispensible of a Leader: Becoming the person other, while want to follow.

Just like University of Southeastern Philippines constituents, a lot of leaders are leading, they can be a student, professor or a staff that’s why USeP is known as a competitive university. USEP is premier University of ASEAN region; its mission is to produce World-Class Graduates and Research and Extension through Quality Education and Sustainable Resource Management.

One of the important roles inside the school is the Professor because they are the provider, promoter and prosecutor of the student. But not for all as I have observed some professors who really don't exert effort on teaching. Yes, it is not like in highschool that almost every detail is spoonfed by the teachers, and in college it is the part of the student to do self learning but what I would like to imply is that it is also the role of the proffessors to do keen teaching on their students.

Moreover, as my senses could fathom, during classes, the presence of some proffessors are jus like wind that passes by for a second and afterwards I just witnessed the premodernize brained nigga holding their individual gadgets surfing with non academic related FUNg-Adik activities.

In some point, many leaders are just aiming for position not for passion. So there is a big responsibility that the administration is not active. How can provide quality education for student, promote entrepreneurship and valuating collaboration or engage in high impact research? If all of these things  happen in our University?
